The Bootea Series Day 2: Still In Process

 

Hello, hello! Today is my Day 2 of the 14-day Bootea teatoxing. Last night before sleeping, I had a cup of the bedtime cleanse tea, which is supposed to have a laxative effect from the senna leaves.

After finishing my cup of the bedtime cleanse tea, it took less than an hour for my stomach to makes noises and begin to grumble. I didn't have any urges to run to the ladies room, but I began to feel other aspects of the laxative effect. My stomach had it's little grumbling throughout the day, which I slept through since it was very mild.
